The Venue

Mirador Jesuit Villa Retreat House is the ideal setting for your organization’s next conference, seminar, meeting, and spiritual retreat.

Located on top of a hill, the house blends historical charm with modern amenities, offering breathtaking views and functional spaces. Spanning over 9 hectares, including the Mirador Heritage and Eco-Spirituality Park, our grounds provide a serene experience. You will be welcomed by a scenic winding road ascending the hill where the famous Lourdes Grotto stands, setting the tone for your stay.

Faith-based, non-profit, and other organizations have long appreciated our atmosphere and competence. Especially with our newly-renovated facility, beautiful grounds, and experienced staff, the house can  accommodate groups seeking reflection, collaboration, or spiritual renewal in a peaceful, natural setting.

Conference Facilities

Choose the ideal space for your event from our range of conference halls and meeting rooms:

Conference Halls:

  • Holy Family Conference Hall (Wing D): Spacious hall perfect for large gatherings, accommodating up to 100 individuals.
  • Saint Joseph Conference Hall (Wing B): Suitable for groups of 40-50 individuals.
  • Our conference halls can be adapted into breakout rooms as needed.

Group Discussion Rooms:

  • Magis Deo, Emmaus Lounge, Workshop 2: Each room comfortably holds 10-20 individuals for group discussions and workshops.

Technology:

  • Projectors, screens, and sound systems are available upon request. Please note: Availability may vary depending on scheduling and usage.

Accommodation Options

The Mirador Jesuit Villa and Retreat House offers flexible accommodations to suit your needs:

  • Single Occupancy: 42 rooms with only 1 bed.
  • Group Occupancy: Shared rooms designed for groups, offering comfortable spaces for connection and fellowship. These rooms feature multiple beds.

Please bring your own personal toiletries. Due to our location, convenience stores are not within immediate walking distance.

Food and Dining

Enjoy delicious and nourishing meals in our welcoming dining spaces:

  • Saint Joseph Main Dining Hall: Our primary dining hall comfortably seats 70 individuals indoors. The adjacent San Giuseppe al fresco area offers seating for 15 to 20 guests.
  • Santo Niño Dining: Provides seating for 50 to 60 guests.

Dining at Mirador

Our kitchen team crafts a weekly menu inspired by traditional Filipino cuisine. Upon confirming your booking, you can request an overview of the delicious options to anticipate during your stay.

  • Breakfast: Begin your mornings with a choice of rice or freshly baked bread. Savor eggs cooked to your liking, a comforting Filipino silog, and a selection of fresh fruits.
  • Lunch & Dinner: Throughout the day, enjoy flavorful and nourishing meals. Expect familiar comforts like rice or pasta, vibrant vegetable dishes, hearty soups, and satisfying main courses. Each meal concludes with a delectable dessert.

We are happy to accommodate special dietary requests (vegan, pescatarian, vegetarian) with advance notice. Please understand that these options incur an additional charge, as standard food rates reflect our commitment to cost-effective meals. Kindly inform the reception office of any allergies, health restrictions, or specific dietary needs upon confirming your booking.

Chapel Options for Event

  • Main Chapel (Wing C, near dining): Seats 70-80. Features panoramic views of the mountains, sea, Arringay River and Gulf, and picturesque sunsets.
  • Adoration Room/Vigil Room: Ideal for small groups (5-10). Offers breathtaking views of the mountains, sea, Arringay River and Gulf, a stunning sunset, and a unique view of the Peace Memorial.
  • Ognissanti Chapel (adjacent to Holy Family Conference Hall): Views of the Eco Park and mountains, along with a captivating sunset.

Rates and Policies

  • Payment Options: We offer flexible payment methods, including cash, cheque, bank transfer, or direct bank deposit for your down payment.
  • Confirm Your Booking: Your reservation is secured once we receive the required deposit:
    • Groups (10+ people): 30% down payment of the total amount.
    • Individuals/Smaller Groups (below 10): 50% down payment of the total amount.

Terms and Conditions

Check-in and Check-out:

  1. Check-in time is at 03:00 pm, and check-out time is at 02:00 pm. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to these timings to ensure a smooth transition between stays.

Minimum Stay:

  1. A minimum of two (2) nights stay is required for all bookings. This allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the tranquil atmosphere and make the most of their retreat experience.

Group Reservations:

  1. For group reservations, we require a minimum of 10 guests. Our retreat house has a maximum capacity of 80 guests based on room capacity, providing ample space for groups to gather and enjoy their time together.

Inclusions:

  1. The rate per person includes three (3) full meals served throughout the day, ensuring that guests are nourished and satisfied during their stay. Additionally, two (2) light snacks are provided, offering a delightful indulgence between meals.

House Rules:

  1. To maintain a serene and harmonious environment for all guests, we have implemented certain house rules. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following:

    a. No pets are allowed on the premises. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all guests.

Access Restrictions:

  1. Please note that due to access restrictions, buses are unable to enter Dominican-Mirador Barangay from Naguillan Road. We recommend considering alternative modes of transportation or making necessary arrangements in advance to ensure a convenient arrival at our retreat house.

Payment Policy:

  1. To guarantee your reservation, we require a one (1) night deposit per person. This deposit ensures the availability of your chosen accommodation during your intended stay. Please note that the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  2. Once the deposit has been made, we kindly request that you email us a screenshot proof of payment or the deposit slip. This will help us process and confirm your reservation promptly. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Please note that the deposit made for the reservation is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the deposit amount will not be returned.

Rebooking:

  1. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reschedule your stay. Rebooking is allowed on an availability basis only, and it must be done within six (6) months from the date of cancellation. Please note that any difference in rates may apply based on the new dates and availability.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed both in Mirador Jesuit Villa Retreat House and in Mirador Heritage and Eco-Spirituality Park.

What is the maximum capacity your conference hall can hold?

Our biggest conference hall at Wing D can accommodate up to 100 people.

Can we schedule a visit to view the facilities?

Contact us to schedule your viewing. Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sundays. You can find our contact details on our contact page.

Viewings are by appointment only to ensure that you'll be guided properly during your scheduled visit and to facilitate movement especially when there are ongoing silent retreats.
